To accommodate our customers we now offer more online options. To keep the personal approach that we strive to provide our customers with, all of these options are handled by the same staff that you see when you visit or call our office!
Here are some online options we now provide:
LiveChat: This feature is located right on our website. You will be able to chat live with a facility manager. Unlike a lot of companies, we have not outsourced this option so, when you start chatting on our website it will be with either Lyndsay or Caroline, the familiar faces of your favorite storage facility.
Email: Email is pretty familiar territory for most people now-a-days. Now you can email us right from our website under the “Contact Us” tab. We will always respond to you within at least 24 hours.
Manage Account: You can review your account information on our website. Click on the “Log In” tab on the home screen. Your online credentials are provided when you sign your lease, but if you have misplaced that information we are more than happy to help you log in. Once you have logged in you can view your balance, view your payment history and also make payments online. When you make a payment online you are given the option to save your card information to make it easier for you to make payments online in the future.
