We are Expanding our Facility – Climate Control

Somersworth, New Hampshire – The self-storage industry is rapidly changing to accommodate customer demands, particularly in New Hampshire. Somersworth Storage, LLC is pleased to announce an expansion of their facility! They will be constructing a three-story climate controlled building next to five existing storage buildings to offer the latest and greatest to the greater Somersworth community. They are proud to be one of few in the state of this new style of self storage.

Construction began in the fall of 2016, and the building is slated to be completed in August, 2017. Storage unit sizes are from 5×5 to 10×25, boasting approximately 10 feet of height in every unit. The building offers an elevator to the second and third floor. The design incorporated windows in the hallways, providing natural light throughout the building; and, overhead sensor lighting within the building delivers bright light for customers. The building will have two interior loading bays and state of the art security cameras. Additionally a convenient and contemporary office will feature retail items for sale, Wi-Fi and comfortable seating. These features will enable Somersworth Storage to continue to offer customers the quality storage experience they expect from this facility.

Somersworth Storage, LLC is pleased to not only have the opportunity to upgrade their security system, but also lighting and landscaping. In conjunction with the new construction, they will be applying a “face lift” to existing buildings to renew the look of the facility and match the style of the new building.

This locally owned facility constructed their first buildings in 1998, and since have been a responsible and active participant in their local community for almost 20 years. Their mission is to “provide a clean and safe space for storing items; we create storage solutions to simplify life, and we do it with excellent customer service.” They are more than thrilled to invest in their business and the Somersworth community, and look forward to being a part of Route 108 for years to come.
