Here are some FAQ’s that may be helpful to you!
Do I need to bring a lock with me?
You are more than welcome to bring a lock of your preference; however we do sell disc locks in the office. These are highly recommended for self-storage unit doors.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on a self-storage unit on the date originally rented each month. For example, if you rented the unit on the 22nd, rent is due on the 22nd of each month.
Are there any move-in fees?
No! When reserving a unit online, a reservation deposit of $25 is collected and it is NOT an additional fee. It will be credited toward your rent during move-in! We also do not collect an administrative fee; rather we collect a refundable security deposit that is remitted to you upon vacate.
How do I pay monthly?
There are several ways to pay monthly; you may pay cash, check or credit card. We have a drop box for payments after hours. You may call in payments via credit card. You may sign up for Automatic Credit Card Billing, or you may login to our website and pay via our payment portal!
When are managers in the office?
Proudly we provide onsite management seven, yes seven, days a week! Our hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 to 5, Saturday 9 to 1 and Sunday 10 to 2.
