Our climate controlled building at 240 Route 108 in Somersworth is opening in three weeks! From exit 9 on route 16, travel on route 108 north for two miles. We are next to The Works Fitness Center, and are also across the NH unemployment office.

We do not charge an admin fee to rent! We collect a deposit on the unit, which is half of the rental rate, which you receive back upon vacate. We are locally owned with professional managers on staff!
Our opening date is Monday, October 2nd. We welcome you to call our office to reserve a unit, or stop in during our opening week to take a tour and select your unit size. Life produces many reasons for storage. We look forward to assisting you with whatever brings you to our facility!
